Dolores Brennan

Dolores is Founder & Managing Director of InsideOut and she brings together two things, an incredible mindset that is commercially driven, always focused on the objective, and an innate care for others that consistently leads to long-term client relationships.

She has a remarkable ability to analyse the situation, quickly connect the dots and find solutions no matter the task at hand. Her skill is in finding deceptively simple yet workable ideas for complex situations that support both business and people.

Dolores holds a BA Hons in Communications Studies from DCU, a Post Grad Diploma in Applied Computing & Digital Media from the University of Limerick, Post Grad Diploma in Pharmaceutical Business Management from the Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, UCD and has undertaken numerous Business, Management and Strategy related studies in the Irish Management Institute.

Tanja Bueck

Tanja is Brand Specialist & Creative Director of InsideOut, of which she is also a founding member. A professional who remains deeply connected to her inner self and her strong values, she is driven by her desire for personal growth, authenticity and love. This permeates all aspects of her work.

As an active listener with enormous empathy and high emotional intelligence, she engages and draws smart conclusions around behaviour mechanisms and audience engagement. She uses her insights, intuition and creativity to create well-considered brand design systems that define and direct the style, tone and look & feel of the brands she designs.

Tanja holds a degree in Communication Design from the University of Applied Sciences, Wuerzburg, Germany. She has undertaken further studies in UX Design, Design Thinking, Positive Psychology and holds an Inner MBA certificate. She is also a certified Yoga Teacher.
