  • Getting your brand name right from the outset, whether it is for a new business, a subsidiary, a new product or a product extension, is vital. Failing to do so can lead to time delays, brand confusion and high costs. We ensure that all key stakeholders are involved in an initial discovery workshop and then follow a clearly defined process to longlist, market test and shortlist potential names that deliver on your objectives, are distinctive and memorable, and work within your brand family.

  • Content strategy is the creation, publication and distribution of content to support your marketing and comms objectives. We help you to define your core messaging themes, to identify the most effective and relevant platforms to reach your audience, to determine your CTAs, to agree the most appropriate format type (video, audio, blog, ebook, infographics…) for each content theme, to understand how best to use keywords in your content, and we test your content for readability.

  • Workshops can be used to review and agree strategic brand attributes (vision, mission and values), to identify customer personas, to determine brand positioning, to define your brand persona and much more. Participants (capped at 8 to 10) should be representative of the organisation, be able to contribute to the workshops and make decisions on your organisation’s behalf.
